After booking, you’ll have your own personal Merit Maids cleaning account where you can easily make adjustments, leave notes for cleaners, and schedule future bookings.

Or just send us a text, email, give us a call, Facebook message us and we’ll work with your schedule. There’s no fee if you adjust your cleaning outside of our 48 hour cancellation window.

If you list your property on Airbnb or use the local company Evolve, then we can sync to your calendar and easily book your cleanings as guests book your property. 

If you use a different platform, like VRBO, then you can either book online or send us a message and we will get it scheduled. 

Our cleaners follow a detailed checklist and perform walkthroughs after each unit is cleaned. However, there are times where a small area can be accidentally overlooked. When reported within 24 hours, we’ll be sure to schedule a return visit to fix the issue as soon as possible. We understand how important reviews are for your rental and how the cleanliness of your property holds a large value on your rating. That is why we take full responsibility for items missed and do our best to respond as quickly as possible within business hours.

Guests must report within 24 hours of their arrival. It is difficult to confirm whether the items were missed from the cleaning or have become dirty during the guest’s stay. Any reports past this timeframe that requires our team to return will be charged ½ of the cleaning fee to fix.

We will do our best to accommodate any last minute bookings. However, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to schedule any cleanings that are booked within 48 hours of the guest’s check-in time.

Yes, but only on rare occasions. Since each guest’s length of stay and the condition they leave the property varies drastically we typically require the full turnover window between checkout and checkin.

This is to ensure that your next guest arrives to a clean rental and leaves you a 5-star review.

If all your linens and towels fit into one load, then we can complete your linens on-site for an additional fee. We recommend having 2 back-up linen sets for emergency situations.

If your linens do not fit into one cycle, then we will not be able to complete your linens and recommend partnering with a local linen service.
